Oath; bond Before entering upon his or her duties, the Manager shall be sworn to the faithful performance of his or her duties by the Town Clerk and shall give a bond to the Town in such amount and with such surety as the Selectboard may require. (Amended 2011, No. M-7, § 2, eff. May 17, 2011.)
