Creation A Traffic Court for the City of Vergennes is hereby created and established with the sole jurisdiction of receiving waiver of process and trial, admission of violation, and fines from violators of the provisions of parking and traffic ordinances of said City of Vergennes, and for the sole purpose and with the sole authority of carrying out the provisions of this subchapter.
