Penalty The penalty, which may be so voluntarily paid by any person so violating any ordinance regulating, restricting, or defining the time and place of parking vehicles in the City of Vergennes, shall be set by the City Council subject to the limits set forth in 23 V.S.A. chapter 19, Parking; police courts. Other violations of the ordinances of said City shall be punished in the manner prescribed by law.
