Application of general law Provisions of the laws of the State of Vermont relating to the qualifications of voters, the manner of voting, the duties of election officers, and all other particulars respective to preparation for, conducting, and management of elections, so far as they may be applicable, shall govern all Town elections and all general and special meetings, except as otherwise noted in this subchapter. The Moderator shall conduct all Town meetings according to Robert’s Rules of Order. The Town Clerk shall keep a record of the proceedings of all Town meetings. (Amended 2013, No. M-4, § 2, eff.
