Court authorized to order abatement In any prosecution for a nuisance resulting in a judgment or conviction, the court before which the nuisance action has been brought shall order the nuisance or offense complained of to be removed or abated and shall determine the expense of removing or abating the same and tax such expense as part of the costs of prosecution.
