Savings clause The passage of this charter shall not affect any ordinance, resolution, or bylaw lawfully enacted, ordained, and established under the provisions of the Acts hereby amended by this charter, and not inconsistent with the provisions of this charter, but the same shall be and remain in full force and effect until repealed, altered, or amended.
