A copy of this charter shall be kept in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Winooski, to which copy shall be affixed a certificate under the hand of the Secretary of State and the Seal of the State of Vermont that the laws therein contained are statute laws of the State of Vermont, and such certificate copy shall be an authentic record of such laws. (Added 2013, No. M-9, § 3, eff. June 4, 2013.) § 905. Title of charter This charter shall be designated as the charter of the City of Winooski.
