§ 906

Continuation in office The Mayor and Council members of the City, and all City officials holding office therein by virtue of the general laws of this State or the acts hereby amended, shall hold office until expiration of their current terms of office, unless such office shall sooner become vacant under the provisions of the general laws of this State, or the provisions of this charter.
