Disqualifications A person being a resident or taxpayer of said corporation shall thereby not be disqualified, solely on that basis, to act as judge, justice, juror, sheriff, deputy sheriff, constable, or police officer in any matter or proceeding in which said corporation shall be a party to or have an interest in.
