Powers of the Fire Marshal All apparatus for the extinguishment of fires and buildings for storing of the same, owned or leased by the corporation and all fire companies organized under the authority of the corporation, shall be under the direction and control of the Fire Marshal who shall make a detailed report to each annual meeting of the corporation of the condition of the Department.
