Village residents; office holders; legal proceedings The inhabitants of the Village shall belong to and remain inhabitants of the Town of Enosburgh, and no member of the Village corporation shall be deemed thereby incompetent to act as judge, justice of the peace, juror, sheriff, constable, or witness in any cause or proceedings in which the corporation shall be interested.
