Damage award; appeal If the owner of the pond, spring, stream, water source, water right, land, or easement in or over lands does not accept the damage awarded by the Selectboard, then the Village trustees may agree with the owner to refer the question of damages to one or more disinterested persons, whose award shall be made in writing and shall be final.
