Borrowing; authorization The Village is also authorized and empowered to borrow money from time to time as may be necessary to enable it to carry on and complete the work and for paying current indebtedness incurred in connection with its electric plant, transmission, and distribution lines, and for such purpose may levy and collect such taxes upon the ratable estate of the Village as may be necessary.
