Application of general law All provisions of the laws of the State of Vermont relating to villages, village and town officers, and elections shall apply to the Village of Hyde Park and its officers except as altered, enlarged, or modified by the provisions of this charter, or by any current or future lawful ordinance or regulation of the Village of Hyde Park.
