Filing of lien It shall be the duty of the Clerk of said Village in all the foregoing cases, when an encumbrance created upon land by proceedings of said trustees or County Court, forthwith to cause a duly certified transcript of the record thereof to be filed in the Town Clerk’s office of the Town of Ludlow and there recorded.
