Establishment of Board The trustees of the Village of Ludlow shall appoint two competent physicians of said Village, who, with the trustees aforesaid, shall constitute a Board of Health for said Village. Such Board of Health shall make such regulations as they may judge necessary for the suppression, abatement, and removal of sources of filth and causes of sickness, and shall cause such regulations to be published from time to time in some newspaper of the Village.
