§ 83

Certification and recording of bonding vote The said vote and assent when so signed as aforesaid, shall be duly certified by the commissioners and recorded by the Village Clerk, in the Village Clerk’s office at length, in said records of said Village; and a duly certified copy of the vote of the Village and the certificate of the commissioners to the same that the act has been complied with by a majority of the taxpayers, both in number and amount, who have duly signed the same, with the certificate of the Village Clerk that the same has been duly recorded in his or her office, shall be recorded in the office of the Town Clerk of the Town of Ludlow and certified copies from either office shall be full proof in any court that the law has been complied with.
