Trustees to effectuate construction of sewers The trustees aforesaid as soon as the assent is given and recorded as aforesaid, shall proceed to carry into effect the vote of said Village according to the terms and conditions thereof, and shall have power to act for said Village on all proper occasions to carry into effect the votes aforesaid and to proceed to construct said sewers and to issue said bonds as herein provided.
