Fiscal year The fiscal year of the corporation shall commence on the first day of January and close on the last day of December, unless the legal voters of the Village at its annual meeting shall determine otherwise. If the legal voters of the Village vote another fiscal year, it shall specify the procedure for transition, including the method for financing the transition.
