Board of Sewage Disposal The trustees of the Village shall constitute a Board of Sewage Disposal System commissioners and they shall have such duties and the Village shall have such powers with reference to any sewage system that may be established as set forth in 24 V.S.A. chapters 97 and 101 or any amendments thereto.
