Bonds of officers The Clerk and Treasurer shall each give a bond to the corporation conditioned for the faithful performance of their duties in such sums and with such sureties as the trustees may prescribe. If a Treasurer does not give such bond within 10 days after his or her election or appointment the office shall be vacant.
