Auditors The auditors shall, previous to each annual Village meeting, examine and audit the accounts of the Village officers, but no account shall be allowed by such auditors without the production of proper vouchers therefor, and shall report to the Village at its annual meeting the condition of the treasury thereof, including the assets and the outstanding liabilities of the Village.
