Village Treasurer and Collector The Treasurer and Collector shall perform for the corporation the same duties required by law respectively of a town treasurer and a collector of town taxes, and shall have the same powers, shall proceed in the same manner, be subject to the same liabilities, and give like bonds to the corporation for the faithful performance of its respective duties.
