§ 4

Annual Village meeting; when held The annual meeting of said Village shall be holden on the third Tuesday of March each year at such place within said Village and at such house as may be named and fixed in the warning thereof for the purpose of electing the officers of said Village, and for the transaction of any business specified in the warning of such meeting, which warning shall be signed by the Clerk, specifying such other business beside the choice of officers as the trustees, or a majority of them, may direct; which notice or warning shall be posted in at least three of the most public places in said Village, not less than ten and not more than 15 days next before the time of holding said meeting.
