Every year thereafter, there shall be two trustees elected for a two year term, so as to constitute a five-member Board. (b) All trustees shall be elected at large, one of whom shall be elected at the annual Village meeting as President. (c) Any trustee shall be eligible to succeed himself/herself indefinitely.(d) At their first regular meeting following the annual Village meeting, the trustees shall organize themselves, with the President being the Chairman of the Board of Trustees.
