Clerk; Treasurer; Collector The Clerk, Treasurer, and Collector shall be sworn to the faithful discharge of the duties of their respective offices; and the Treasurer and Collector shall give bonds, with sureties, to the corporation, in such sum as the trustees shall direct for the faithful performance of their respective duties.
