Fees for collection of delinquent taxes The Chief Administrative Officer shall be entitled to collect from delinquent taxpayers the same fees for collection of all taxes for which a warrant has been issued as are allowed by the laws of this State to collectors of taxes in towns, such fees to be paid over to the City rather than being retained by the Chief Administrative Officer.
