Police to have same powers as constables; jurisdiction limited The said police officers shall have the power of constables in all matters arising under the criminal and police laws of the State and the ordinances and police regulations of the City, except that the jurisdiction of the limited police officer shall be restricted as set forth in section 192 of this charter.
