§ 266

Chief Administrative Officer to record assessments; notification of owners It shall be the duty of the Chief Administrative Officer to collect such assessments, as soon as may be after he or she shall have recorded the same. The Chief Administrative Officer shall thereupon forthwith notify in writing the owner or owners of lands or buildings so assessed, their agents, or attorneys, stating therein the amount of such assessments.
