Warning required; location; voting Freemen’s meetings for all purposes provided by the laws of the State shall be warned by the Mayor, and one copy of such warning, signed by the Mayor, shall be posted in each ward of the City. Such meetings shall be held in the respective wards at such place or places in each ward as shall be designated in the warning therefor, and each freeman shall vote only in the ward of which he or she is an inhabitant at the time of the completion of the checklist of voters therefor.
