Forms for books may be altered as directed by State Tax Commissioner; extension of time The forms hereinbefore provided for the books for the property grand list shall be altered or changed by the Board of Assessors in accordance with any direction that may be given therefor by the Commissioner of Taxes of the State. Extensions of time under the provision of 32 V.S.A. §§ 4341 and 4342, as the same may be amended from time to time, may be granted upon written application therefor made by the Assessors.
