Governing body; meetings As soon as possible after the election of the President and Vice President, the Council shall fix the time and place of its regular meetings, and such meetings shall be held at least once a month. (Added 2021, No. M-10 (Adj. Sess.), § 2, eff. July 1, 2022.)
