The City shall be governed by, and each taxpayer shall have rights granted by, the applicable State statutes concerning real and personal property taxation, appeal therefrom, and other statutes concerning taxation. (Added 2021, No. M-10 (Adj. Sess.), § 2, eff. July 1, 2022.)
