Limitations of appropriations Appropriations made by the Board of Supervisors for the various estimates of the budget as defined in subdivision 33(a)(1) of this chapter shall be expended only for such estimates, but by vote of the Board of Supervisors, the budget may be amended from time to time to transfer funds between or among such estimates, except as otherwise limited herein.
