§ 42

Definitions As used in this chapter:(1) 'Planning costs' means all expenses incurred by the District in the preparation of the solid waste management master plan or revisions thereto such as the costs of investigations and studies. (2) 'Solid waste management costs' means all expenses incurred by the District in implementing any policies set forth in the master plan or in furtherance of the District’s purposes, including capital expenditures.
