Severability Should any court of competent jurisdiction judge any term, phrase, clause, sentence, or provision of this agreement to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable in any respect, such judgment shall not affect the validity, legality, or enforceability of the agreement as a whole or any other part of this agreement.
