Transportation and collection sites The costs and responsibility for providing adequate collection sites for the solid waste generated within its geographical boundaries and for the transportation of such solid waste to the appropriate District facility shall be borne by each member. Should any member not wish to institute its own system for meeting this obligation, the Board may provide for the collection and transportation of such solid waste.
