It shall, by separate articles, specifically indicate the business to be transacted at such meeting, and shall specify the questions to be voted upon. The warning shall contain any article requested to be included thereupon by petition signed by at least five percent of the legal voters of the District and filed with the District Clerk not less than 41 days prior to the date of the meeting.
