Disposal fees The Board of Supervisors may from time to time establish and adjust a disposal fee structure (tipping fee) or such other user-based fees as it deems appropriate for the purpose of generating revenues from sources other than assessments to member municipalities, particularly concerning the operation and maintenance of any District solid waste disposal or resource recovery facility, or both.
