At the meeting, the Board of Supervisors shall elect from among its membership, a Chair and a Vice Chair, each of whom shall hold office for one year and until his or her successor is duly elected and qualified. The Chair and Vice Chair are eligible to be elected to successive terms without limit. For this election, each member municipality’s representative shall cast one vote. (Amended 2011, No. M-11 (Adj.
