The Board of Supervisors shall annually grant such powers as it may deem necessary. Additionally, the Board of Supervisors may grant to or remove from the Executive Board such powers as it deems necessary. The members of the Executive Board shall consist of the Chair, Vice Chair, and other members as appointed by the Board of Supervisors. (Amended 2011, No. M-11 (Adj. Sess.), § 2, eff. July 12, 2012.)
