At the meeting, the Board shall elect from among its membership a Chair and Vice Chair, each of whom shall hold office for one year and until a successor is duly elected and qualified. A Chair or Vice Chair may be reelected to successive terms without limit. (Added 2005, No. M-8, § 2.)
