Auditors The auditors shall examine and adjust the accounts of the Treasurer and all other City officers, and report the accounts so settled with the items thereof, and also the state of the Treasury; and the reports shall be printed, together with those of the other City officers, under the direction of the City Council, at the expense of said City, and circulated among the taxpayers thereof at least 15 days prior to the annual meeting.
