Municipalities authorized to vote for membership in the Green Mountain Transit Authority The following municipalities are authorized to hold an election for the purpose of determining membership in the Green Mountain Transit Authority: Barre City, Berlin, Colchester, Hinesburg, Montpelier, Morristown, Richmond, St. Albans City, Stowe, and Waterbury.
