Other representation If Washington, Lamoille, Franklin, or Grand Isle County does not have a municipal member from its county on the Board of Commissioners of the Green Mountain Transit Authority, the regional planning commission serving the county may appoint a Board member to the Green Mountain Transit Authority from a member of its regional planning commission or regional planning commission staff to represent its interests on the Green Mountain Transit Authority Board.
