Grand juror and Assistant City Attorney The City Grand Juror shall prosecute violations of ordinances, regulations, and bylaws of the City of Rutland; may prosecute and defend criminal matters occurring within the limits of the City of Rutland; and also shall act as Assistant City Attorney as directed by the City Attorney.
