(2) 'Authority' means the Central Vermont Public Safety Authority.(3) 'Members' means those municipalities that comprise the Authority, acting through their respective legislative bodies that are committed to full participation in the shared net expenses of all services provided by the Authority, and include the Cities of Barre and Montpelier. Other municipalities may, at the Authority’s discretion, contract with the Authority for provision of one or more services from time to time. (4) 'Person' means any individual; partnership; company; corporation; association; unincorporated association; joint venture; trust; municipality; the State of Vermont or any agency, department, or subdivision of the State; federal agency; or any other legal or commercial entity.
