§ 3604

Sewage system; construction A municipal corporation may:(1) construct, maintain, operate, and repair a sewage system;(2) pursuant to the procedures established in this chapter, take, purchase, and acquire real estate and easements necessary for its purposes; (3) may enter in and upon any land for the purpose of making surveys; and(4) may lay and connect pipes, stormwater management systems, and sewers as may be necessary to convey and treat stormwater runoff or sewage and dispose of sewage.
