(b) The purpose of these standards shall be to achieve the proper performance of sewage systems. (c) The rules may contain recommended procedures for municipalities to use in considering applications for permits. (d) The rules shall contain standards and procedures for approving innovative sewage systems. (Added 1983, No. 117 (Adj. Sess.), § 1.)
