00 for each day devoted to official duties and reimbursement for actual expenses necessarily incurred in the discharge of their duties. Notwithstanding any other law, an officer or employee of the State shall not be deemed to forfeit his or her office or employment or any benefits thereof by reason of his or her acceptance of the office of director of the Bank.
